MCA Consignment Sale – All Riders Can Sell and Shop

Hello fellow riders and boarders of MacNair’s! We are excited to share that we will host another consignment sale at MacNair’s. All lesson students, boarders, and friends of the farm are welcome to consign items to sell as well as to come shop!

When: The consignment sale will run from 9am – 12pm on Saturday, September 6.

What You Can Sell: All equestrian and horse gear, clothing, and decor in new or good used condition can be sold, except for helmets.

For Our Young Riders: Our IEA team will be on hand to advise on clothing fit and answer any questions you may have about show clothes, schooling gear, etc. This is a great opportunity to outfit your child for our fall show series at a fraction of the price of buying new!

To Sell Items: If you’d like to consign anything, bring your items for sale to the top barn between Sunday, August 31 and 3pm on Friday, September 5. Leave items for sale in a bag on the table in the lounge, and label them “IEA Sale”.

The sale is a fundraiser for the IEA team. Sellers will get back 70% of the price of their items that sell. The team will keep the other 30%. You may choose whether you’d like unsold items returned to you or donated. Items labeled for return will be left in the lounge after the sale in a bag labeled with the seller’s name. They must be picked up by Thursday, September 12. If they are not, they will be considered a donation.

Clean, well labeled items will sell best!

Please clearly tag your items with an index card attached with a safety pin using the following guidelines:

Left top corner: Your last name, followed by a brief description of the item (size, brand, identifying features, etc.)
Middle: Price
Bottom: Either ‘Return’ or ‘Donate’
Back of the card: Your phone number

We will pay out for your sales by Thursday, September 12, ideally via Venmo (we can make other arrangements if you don’t have Venmo).
